Yep! You have a hijacker program installed.. You need to remove it. Use your AV Software and Spy-ware software to remove it. If that is not working and you can identify the name of it after a scan, search the Internet for the spy-ware program and it should direct you to a site to destroy the spy-ware

If every site is being redirected, you have some spyware or virus on your computer. Hopefully you can get to download.com long enough to get antispyware. If not, you will have to go to a store to buy some.
