Everytime i click on internet it stuffs up and does that error report thing, i have taken my laptop into IT @ school and they still dont know what is wrong with it?

Not sure exactly why it would be doing that, but my advice would be to uninstall IE, and then try re-installing it again. See if that helps. :)
Tell your school to contact me, i would consider working for goverment agency like a school, great benefits.
